Garden Fresh

Fresh picked tomatoes from one's own garden have to be one of life's simple pleasures.

Newly ripened, still warm from the sun, and flavourful.

Have a wonderful week.

  1. Is there anything prettier than a tomato fresh and ripe from the garden? I think not. And if it is flavorful...benissimo!

  6. Oh yes! My son grew some tomato plants this summer and the tomatoes he harvested were the sweetest little balls of flavour I have tasted in ages. I love cooking with tomatoes.

  27. Karen, your tomatoes look glorious.... I love that each one looks like it has a little ray of sunshine smiling down on it. My tomatoes were quite disasterous as the large ones didn't reach their full size and the little ones, well they are so tiny you can hardly see them. We just didn't have enough sunshine this year. Better luck next year. Best Wishes Daphne
